Eventually, I think it was Botcolon who emailed Nuheara and asked. Turns out that the info was indeed comercially sensitive,

"Thanks for your email of support and congratulations. Your questions are always welcome but unfortunately on this occasion, the question is too commercially sensitive for us to answer. We won’t release our product margins, BOM or manufacturing costs. I am not sure if there any consumer electronics companies that publish any such information. Apple for example, won’t even publish revenue numbers for a particular product line such as the Apple Watch, it is simply grouped with a number of other products. While we are not Apple, please take some comfort that the Nuheara team has a long history of manufacturing hearing related products and building businesses based on these products. Furthermore, as per previous advice to the market, we look forward to making an announcement on our contract manufacturer very soon.
