Head - How does one become a "sophisticated investor"

Easy if you earn $250,000 a year for 2 years or more or if you have $2.5mil in investments/cash etc you can become a so called "Sophisticated Investor", should be called Sophisticated day traders, most never hold longer than a day


AimForSimon 13k & I was feeling bad over 6k lol, combine our loss we could have had a great trip to Europe lol

Sad part is would have been avoided if these directors had any brains & respect for shareholders who pushed there stock to 18.5!
