I'm not yet convinced coal, as it's currently used, is the future.
I reside off both the electricity n the water grid tho I remain connected to the petrol grid (gradually transitioning off).
Building was and is done with battery (charged by solar).
Change is rapid.
Cradle to grave costing for coal shows it is expensive.
Coal needs to be cleaner if/when used.
My ESI represents some spec insurance for those views.
Just another note of caution.
