Seagull, I can see how you've arrived at the 44.9 mill figure. However because the 308 mill figure ( 2015 list) comprises 34 entries NOT 20 you can't compare it to the 263 mill figure ( 2016 list comprising only 20 entries) numerically. The 44 mill result is therefore inaccurate.
You can compare the names though or the top 20 of the 34 entries in the 2015 list
