I think you will find that the IRR is not high enough to justify going ahead with the project at this stage. not robust enought for bank financing.

have a look at the IRR on the IGR feasibility study released in April/May 06, IRR of over 70 or 90%.

Even that wasn't good enough for management, they want more ounces.

IGR a better bet in my mind, wouldn't want to be the people that bought CSE in the mid 50's.
