In my view I see no reason as to why they just can't launch the App solely on Google at this stage....failing this, the impression I will be left with is that the App is not functioning as specified/expected and they are now only using the Apple issue as a stalling tactic.

I also ask myself why this Australian Law/regulation/legal issue isn't an issue for Google...just doesn't make any sense....

IMO, If it was the case to only launch the App on Google for now, that would be a good thing to make sure it has sorted out the bugs and performance issues once again as a testing stage.
