The article says that BRN was considering it. I believe that. They would also be considering a few other ideas. News papers love creating havoc. I think an insto is behind it to get shareholders to sell in a panic. Must admit, no one here is saying hip hip hooray they are going public in the USA and I'm going to get screwed over in the process. Most will be, crap I better sell now incase the take over offer is lower than where it is now.
I smell a rat like I did when that Weapons of Mass Disruption article came out.
I'd say that going private is on the list of ideas but it is the dumbest.
