Is the strategy to make noise in the market, is this deliberately done so nervous SH's start to panic and sell out in the comings weeks/months - SP falls to all time low and BRN secures new funding in the US to buy back its shares in Australia very cheap, then to close its ASX entity. The losers - ASX retail shareholders?
If this has merit and retailers get gazumped, it may be time for class action...
Despite my concerns, I like to think we can have both an ASX and NASDAQ listing, why not?
