Rather than trying to predict the future are we not better to try and understand the present. Who would want to accumulate shares in PSY with fundamentals as such. IMO just because a holder is registered as being in the Top 20 doesn't necessarily mean that they are aware of anything more than the rest of us.
Institutional buying would be the thing to look for if accumulation was being undertaken and that is relatively easy to recognise.
The question for me is, why is it that management is not averaging down and of course that would show in the SSN
I just hope that those accumulating because the price is at a low level and no other reason, know what they are doing.
