LIT even more so but what's good at the miniplant at ANSTO minerals with MIRIWA in charge of the cash generating byproducts credits is good for LPD ! the owner of the L-max patent and PWN owner of the first out of the Strategig Metallurgy/Lepidico bench scale laboratory K-max patent which was payed for by PWN who didn't bring Strategic Metallurgy/Lepidico to ASX listing with the instergator of it all Adrian Griffen on the board with PWN and CEO of LIT but Platapus minerals which is now LPD did already own the Eurowie tenement with amblygonite mica in pegmatite at up to 10% lithium content which until L-max came along hadn't been able to be processed so no one was pursuing any mica and infact separating it from spodumene mining which contains less lithium and dumping it not to mention soft rock will be less costly to mine than hard rock and LPD states they will be drilling at Eurowie this quarter and the newly appointed company secretary knows a thing or two about what L-max legal rights are to defend the court litigation should it go ahead but sofar LPD hasn't had to spend much money developing L-max to commercial upscaling because LIT and PLS 50/50 have been bearing that cost and hence LIT reward of three free of patent royalties by mutual agreeance of which one is chosen by all parties and that is all of Western Australia leaving two left and LPD has left VKA to develop and produce the commercial upscaled L-max plants ? with there interests in Thialand where skilled labour is a lot cheaper than Australia's and where they also have a discontinued tantalum/tungsten mine and tin going from memory with plenty of discarded mica from previous processing.
L-max could change the game of producing lithium from spodumene to mica and LIT has done what they were tasked to do well because it appears to be spodumene aswell now and all the way to 100% finished market ready lithium carbonate or hydroxide which is better than exporting lithium concentrate for cheap for someone else to make the bulk of the profit on and opens the door to consumer affordability of electric vehicles and green energy storage aswell as the the other uses for lithium in new age technology
