    When do you acknowledge the most likely action regarding cash flow in 2017:
    PRE-PAYMENT ON NEW CONTRACT!

    ....before even contemplating short-term finance solution or CR.

    This has been explained to you several times on all the GXY threads were you raised finances to be an issue. Don't bother with an answer.....ignorance is a bliss!
