    Well HAC30, even if wrong their share will easily exceed its 1x their market cap. ...then there is the UK....Australia.....

    Bodes well its gonna be a cash chunk, bc VW have already admitted guilt and now the December 2016 $2.1 bn Canadian settlement is a massive victory and market information signal as to Germany.

    They just want to close these off...and get back to business.

    Big few days ahead... Wont be suprised to see 50c soon, given the public news.
