There's are pretty adamant seller at 18c. Barring some really aggressive buying, I don't see us breaking out of this holding pattern (around 18c) until we get some news.
KOH, I would be extremely surprised and incredibly disappointed if the RAP wasn't finalised for another six months. I expect it to be resolved imminently. I hope to have finance finalised and the project fully funded in six months.
