So I sent an online query yesterday, and recieved no call back. The phone number was not working for some reason. However today I tried calling and it worked fine. Spoke with someone from Australia, seemed knowledgable about the product, very helpful, good customer service today.
Based on my conversation today, all the different packages give you access to do what you like with the video. If you want a longer video, or marketing campeign, the monthly fees are added to help divide the cost for the businesses making it more affordable. Being on their website and app is free.
This makes so much more sense to me. Very good business idea, primarily a video production and marketing company. The app may become its own revenue maker in the future, but has nothing to really do with the current business. I think the US and UK have great potential. I cant think of a better investment on the asx currently, and with such a small mc. Huge potential for growth.
