The jist of it is that your no longer buying into the RMR of old. its a brand new game under cygnet, and the track record speaks for itself. Just look at the numbers it will take NOTHING to get back to +6 cents and will go fast.

However, as long as BG is at the helm, it will be very hard convincing LTers to avg down.
