you may well be right (and for your sake I hope so), but I have yet to see one piece of evidence this company has done anything to justify its share price increase.
All they have announced is selling off assets - hardly the stuff of building a strong business base. Sure, may well decrease debt, but is it enough to have the bank's remove their covenant's (do you know?)?
In the last (reported) 12 mths, the company mapaged to wipe out 75% of shareholders equity, and has a nta of zero.
Give me just one concrete fact (not "asset"sales) to justify the share price doubling in 2 months.
On the matter of the ANTG notes, have you given due consideration to the fact that when these notes convert next October, they will become issued shares and thereby (based on current ratio's) doubel the shares on issue and dilute eps etc etc by 50%.
As I said at the start, for your sake I hope things do go well. But for my part I want to see a lot more substance before putting money into an idustrial sector stock.
