The next one is for the AIM listing and further payments to Consort , both in scrip and cash ..

Any capital raising has to be announced by DATE ..

When THIS date is announced , the PRICE is then worked out by the Average on the 5 days preceding the Raising date ..

Has the date been announced for the CR yet ..

If not why does anyone think that current SP has asny bearing ..
