    Your assuming that you can actually keep the house full an average of 3.5 nights a week which I think would be a stretch for transitory stays unless you have a prime location. Secondly I think if they were paying #200/night you would also have to have the hassle of getting the house cleaned after stays perhaps even during some lengthier stays. Thirdly you don't know who you really are getting on a very regular basis - I ran a number of share houses for quite a few years and the money was good when things were working smoothly but very average when things didn't and quite frankly wasn't worth the extra hassle in the end. Lastly if one of these people decides not pay and not leave you will have to go through the formal eviction process which could take 6 to 8 weeks to get rid of them.
