He didn't address my question regarding Meng Meng though :/

You previously contacted Alara asking for further clarity on various issues. Apologies for the delayed response, but rather than ignoring the message, I thought “a better late than never reply was the way to go”.


In regard to potential links with Savannah or Kunooz. We were previously subject to a NDA which prevented us from discussing the transaction that was being considered with Savannah. Obviously, that transaction never eventuated and as has been noted in more recent announcements, superior opportunities are now being considered. As you can appreciate, it is not possible to disclose details of every transaction that is being considered, either due to confidentiality obligations and/or commercial sensitivity. Rather than saying nothing at all, which could breach ASX’s disclosure requirements, we announce as much as we can without jeopardising the company’s commercial negotiations or breaching our confidentiality agreements.


With regard to Saudi, a court hearing was held yesterday and an update will be released shortly.


With regard to timing to the Mining Licence in Oman, the market is kept informed of material developments and as soon as a date is known, it will be released. For now, the fact that we have announced an ore reserve, is evidence that the licence is in process of being issued – otherwise a reserve announcement would not have been made. We are following up daily with the mining authority and look forward to announcing the ML asap.
