I think it is fair to say that we getting close to crunch time. For people still needing to mobilise funds for SPP may not be doing so unless they decide to participate first. That decision might need to be made this week rather than next week.
I have no doubt that all concerned are acutely aware that the prevailing SP below the SPP will negatively impact participation (the extent is anyone's guess).
