why would Taurus be interested in taking us over? They helped us, financed us.
they could have easily bought the mine using another company and take it PRIVATE!
Think about it, why would you want to go through all legal and accounting fees, then take over a company which you own 80% of.

i tell you what their plan is. By end of this year, some one will acquire RRP for say 400 to 600 million, then Taurus will make a lot of money for their 80% holding!
