    lack of information will kill this

    we need to know right now:

    how far advanced are talks with major ( or that just a load of bull)
    onsite testing in place
    new mine design completed
    new modifations to plant xyz done
    new blasting caps and blasting pattern sorted

    its simple stuff for honest competent folk
    harder for other types
