I disagree about management egg faced, there is no upcoming ann prior to SPP closing, it is as clear as day. Alternatively, releasing a price sensitive announcement with the SPP due date looming would cap the SP between 3.5-3.6, now who would want that ? Market only ever wants to pay slightly above fair value in such instances.
It would be nice if the market listened to Serena, but i think it tends to do the opposite of what she says, by coincidence i suppose.
