there's no country free from corruption, one of the biggest players in that game is the US.

but there's a difference between 'smart' corruption and what appears to be the complete ineptitude practised by the Saudis - though it's as well to remember that this is a country which favours public beheadings.... what can you really expect from such an administration in other spheres?

the real lesson is never go near any company which has dealings with Saudi Arabia or the ME.

at least you know the ways you are likely to be shafted with Western companies....
