Worthwhile inclusion otherwise people speculate.
This clears up that
1. Donaco doesn't have a problem with William Buck. As to prior performance. IE there are no issues in the prior work that would be material or negative that isn't discovered.
2. There isn't a problem with William Buck with Donaco (ie if William Buck found something and wanted to report, but Donaco didnt want to). IE there is nothing hidden/bad going on behind the scenes.
I'm guessing Financial or location consideration thus for the change.
