WHat is even better than SAPTO is self-managed super. You set yourself up with a pension account and you pay no income tax or CGT at all. It gets even better if your partner is not of pension age. You set up an accumulation account for him/her and any losses you incur are on the accumulation account, where it reduces contribution tax.
