The ANN actually only says a new CFO, Nigel Underwood from Downer Keolis, is coming in but does not say where Shona is going. In other words, Shona's departure has not been fully announced quite cryptically.
Has Shona resigned, been sacked or is Shona still with the company in another capacity?
The opaque nature of this company has not yet been laid to rest.
