soooo, The plan by Shanshan has not been approved by CSRC yet and might take at least 2 months and Ruifu are relying on this for $'s

So the deposit by the 20th is a no go, so we won't be voting on anything for now, let me guess management on the 20th will issue the market with another 2 paragraph ann. stating basically we didn't get the deposit by the deadline but we are continuing negotiations and hope to make an agreement and will update the market accordingly.

That's a big BUY signal from me, sit back and wait for results and SS, and let's get rid of the BOD and get in some competent people to bring this to production and BOOM.
