Hell. Why ask me? You spoke with Trace (or did you?). So you can answer your own question and provide first hand info to a forum of incredibly nervous holders who crave the info you say you have. I suspect IF you spoke with Trace, they told you exactly what you did not want to hear, hence your childish posts and unwllingness to reveal the truth! Anyone with the slightest understanding of PSCs will know that only a permit holder can make a formal application for a Psc variation... that's just how it works. DYOR
