The money won't be there because Ruifu don't have $10.75 million. They are waiting for Shanshan to show up with the cash and that is looking like it will be delayed by at least 2 months


So how stupid is management going to look if they entered into a LOI with a company that can't front up 10.75mil????




Management are avoiding this fact and not putting anything out in the market because they don't want egg on their faces if they endorse a crap offer and then Ruifu not pay pay up.
