I just cannot understand the rationale for desiring a takeover. What do you think the shareholders of RAP would gain from it? There are only two scenarios possible:
1) Cash offer.
You get a fixed margin on VWAP, and that will be the last profit you ever see from RAP.
2) Scrip offer.
The phenomenal potential of RAP will be diluted by the non-phenomenal potential of the parent company.
You could convert scenario 1) into 2) by spending your RAP cash on shares in the new parent company.
A near-term take-over would be a disaster for we holders.
