Sounds like Noveda was a difficult company to work with. I'd rather Buddy walk from the deal than give in to their demands and sign a bad deal for our company.
Sucks to miss out on that extra revenue but now we won't be dilluted from the acquisition. Buddy can go find that revenue somewhere else.
I'm sure it's been a frustrating few months dealing with all those renegotiations noveda wanted. Screw them. Walk.
