The point that is being missed in all this speculation is that his cannot be a finl victory for Cazaly - the best that they can have happen is to have ministers decision overturned - which gives the minister another go! Now we have gotten rid of the hopeless Bowler for the equally hapless Fran Logan who knows what schemozzles will happen. Another important consideration is that Bowler did not have to give reasons for his decision - the fact he did is a reflection on the quality (or lack of) in our current State Government. Saying that I think they have a damn good shot of winning the first battle.
