Too much BS in BGS, page-328

Firstly I thought management didn't read chat sites??? Shouldn't they be working on getting a better deal for shareholders & potentially getting a counter offer.........


Secondly if KJ is furious maybe he should start returning calls & emails. I know some large holders who have called & emailed & got no reply from him. KJ remember you work for shareholders, not the other way around.




As for our chairman WW I called him yesterday afternoon & he told me he was busy at the time & asked if I could call back tomorrow. Instead I emailed him yesterday after the call & he replied to me this morning. He asked me to keep the details of that conversation private so that I have to respect it. I called him after his email reply today & we spoke for about 5 minutes, he was open with me and we discussed the LOI and the extent of it, tax implications, a potential special div, managements view and the SS.

Obviously I can't say anything because WW asked me not to and I don't want to be in breach of anything & sued. Here is his mobile number for all concerned holders.
