With priority data savings its slightly higher / same.
Without it its 300% faster.
THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE TICKING THE PRIORITIZE DATA SAVINGS BOX FOR SPEED. UNSURE WHAT IT TOTALLY MEANS.
