CFO is a Touchstone spin off production is in the US and main present orders are from the US defense

Of course an ASX listed company has to have Australian directors.

Toby obviously likes the company and put his money
But who controls the day to day running of CFO, I would think the same people who were running it before listing here.

I see our directors here to oversee continuance of listing compliance and to deal with Australian investors.
In the US companies do not report as often and that is something that our directors have change as a new company here mudt report more often and there is our continuous disclosure rules.

Just my opinion but I would think and hope the company is being run mainly by those who built the company
