Translation: I rang and talked to anyone who would answer, "discussions", probably talked to the receptionist and "have been OR are in the process of been sent" meaning they havent even gotten the graphite yet to test but yet is still throwing the word "electric vehicle" in the same sentence which requires 18 months test work for battery applications, unless he is talking about brake pads "aspects of electric vehicle supply chain" which in that case battery test work wouldn't need to be completed meaning less time but you need to be able to produce less than $300 p/t which won't be happening.
