    With lots of rain in central Australia many small 'lakes' and pools are forming. I was interested to see a pic posted by a Kintore resident on FaceBook of a  pool of water with gas erupting from it at quite a rate. Surface emissions from reservoirs only become apparent when visible after there has been a lot of rainfall in the desert. The area near the NT WA border would be  the Amadeus Basin, subject to several CTP permits. This is an area that CTP has long thought to hold significant oil and gas reservers
