A pathetic response by Turnbull.
The problem is not with the scrutineers, the problem is with the "rules".
Even Ley says she is confident she hasn't broken any rules, so did Abbott, so did Joyce, so did Bourke, so did Bishop 1 & 2...
The ones who "broke the rules" are in jail.
