But who controls the day to day running of CFO, I would think the same people who were running it before listing here.

I see our directors here to oversee continuance of listing compliance and to deal with Australian investors.
In the US companies do not report as often and that is something that our directors have change as a new company here mudt report more often and there is our continuous disclosure rules.

Just my opinion but I would think and hope the company is being run mainly by those who built the company

From the updates and prospectus it lists the directors of the company. The managing director,Michael Placha, looks to be new to the company when manufacturing and patents were bought from Touchstone. Makes me think the founders of CFOAM are not involved in the new company. Touchstone does have stock in CFO.
