You could miss out if you need the sale funds for purchase and there isn't a rise Monday so you can sell above the SPP price. If the price went up Monday the sale would not settle until Wednesday. In your bank Thursday after Monday sale. Or if you sold Tuesday you would have funds for the deadline on Friday if everything transfers without a hitch.
