His foreign policy positions are increasingly those of a man deranged. He loves to be in the spotlight - and it is true he has entertained us all in his time - but in this matter the error of his judgment and insight is quite literally appalling.
Keating does not merit to be listened to on matters of foreign affairs.
Call him out or otherwise ignore him; his views in the matter of our foreign policy are reckless and wild and quite simply are not to be heeded.
