One additional (probably not too important) point:
I recall that prior to taking the helm at IOH, Alwyn was with Oakajee Port & Rail (does anyone remember the OPR project?). My memory on this is a little sketchy, but I think he was something like 2IC there and this adds significantly to his knowledge and networks when it comes to ports, rail, logistics etc.
He can drive Cape Preston and is not flying blind with a port project like that.
