Touchstone own the premises cfoam is produced and rent to CFO and the orders are to Touchstone
The Australian directors know nothing about cfoam or production and really how do they control production in a different country and different time zone.

CFO is a Touchstone spin off and Touchstone still call the shots and these directors are there for compliance IMO

Touchstone call the shots as it should be

Again they own the factory and pre orders are to Touchstone
