    I am no expert however I would guesstimate that exposure is the ultimate goal. Many serious investors (in particular institutions as you mentioned) won't look at a stock on an unregulated exchange. This should help make Alexium much more visible on the world stage, not only from an investment point of view, bit also by increasing our visibility to potential customers worldwide.
    That can only be positive IMO.
