And you'd think TC as a Hedge fund manager by nature would have a fair idea about it too! So listening in to 16/8 conf call again. Amongst everything else that contradicts fair trading @ 47 minute mark " ongoing negotiations moved along quite materially with a major industry counterparty everyone on this call and market at large will be informed who that counterparty is and nature of agreement at appropriate time" . Then sells without disclosing this information.
