The letter to ASIC on 12 December stated that an EGM would be held.
Given the Christmas / New Year period is now over I would anticipate that an EGM notice might issue in the next couple of weeks - no doubt it will be seeking shareholder approval to aspects of the DOCA - the possible name change, a possible share consolidation etc.
Given existing shareholders were staring down the possibility of a liquidation I can't imagine the resolutions would not be passed - assuming all goes well and the Company is relisted it may not be pretty for existing shareholders particulary those who are in the 3 to 4c (or if long term holders higher) per share holding cost range prior to the suspension but there is a reasonable resource there and a "live" company with a exploitable resource is way better than I think many of us expected when Hall Chadwick issued their initial analysis.
