Looks like Iam a growth story looking for key Sales/Account Manager to target big revenue group.
Saw this post on another stock. It applies to IAM:

Npat and ebitda are not necessarily relevant measures of performance for a growth business such as this. The better measures are revenue growth, customer growth and what I would call, ebitdade- earnings before interest, tax and development expenditure.
Were they to report that number it would give us a greater insight to performance and the ROI of development...."
