They roll out the red carpet for every leader so this is a major snub.
Trump is starting negotiations by rattling the key global players. But it may be a lot more for the cameras than reality when he starts negotiating with them at Trump Tower. Trump is not interested in war with Russia or China much to the elites dismay who do. He does however want to protect US interests in the same way Russia and China protect theirs for the nation not some globalist visionaries and elites.
