From what I am seeing around with a number of mining / exploration companies they go BANG with very sudden and very steep upswings.
If you are not in them they get away from a decent buy price very quickly - unless you can sit and watch screens all day, every day.
Safer to be in them if you think they have substance.

Not a mining stock but I've got Worley Parsons (WOR) in my portfolio and it went like a rocket many months ago, rapidly climbing then slipped back a bit and just sat for a few months. Luckily I retained confidence 'cause it's turned in a boomer today up 21%.
I wouldn't have wanted to be sitting with it my watch list today!

Have alook at FMG - I bailed at $10 with a very tidy profit -------- that sucker is $16 today! Don't know if what I re-bought from cashing out has done as well to this point in time.

Anyway, we all have different styles & approaches..... just sharing some thoughts.

I'd rather be in Fox for the future than wondering when to bail and when to climb back in again.

    cheers,
    R
